Water Tower Eagle Drawing Competition

Mayor DuVall and the Rosepine Town Council are seeking to find a drawing of an eagle. The drawing must be done by an RHS student. The winning eagle drawing will be placed on the water tower that overlooks the football field. They will be judging drawings on December 10th at the end of the town council meeting.
Rules are as follows:
1. Anyone who is an RHS student may participate.
2. Drawing must be turned into the RHS office no later than December 8th
3. DO NOT include name on drawing(a number will be assigned to each drawing by the RHS office)
4. The drawing must be done in color 

Cell Phones

Students- Remember that cell phones must remain off during the day and out of sight. This means if you have your cell phone in your pants pocket and it is visible, your phone will be taken. Keep it out of sight.
